Who is responsible

Kabir IT Services operates Bolbandhu. For data about our own customers — the people who hold a workspace — we are the controller. For data about the people our customers call, our customer decides who to call and why; we process that data on their instructions.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, mobile number, company, and the workspace you belong to.
• Call data: the phone numbers involved, the time and duration, a recording and a transcript, and the outcome the agent recorded.
• Contact lists that a customer uploads for outbound campaigns.
• Payment data: the amount, date and gateway reference of a purchase. We never see or store your card details — those go directly to our payment gateway.
• Technical data: IP address and browser details in security and error logs.

Callback requests from this website

If you ask for a callback on our site, we keep the name, mobile number, company and language you gave us, and we use them to call you about Bolbandhu. Nothing else. Ask us and we will delete them.

Where it is stored

Call audio and call records stay in India. Recordings and transcripts are scoped to the workspace that made the call and are not visible to any other customer.

Who else sees it

To carry a call, parts of it necessarily pass to the providers that make it work: a telephone carrier, speech-recognition, language-model and speech-synthesis providers, and a payment gateway for purchases. They process it to deliver that function and nothing more. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your call content to train models for anyone else.

How long we keep it

Call records and recordings remain available to the workspace that owns them until that workspace deletes them or asks us to. Account and payment records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. We do not currently apply a shorter automatic deletion window, and we would rather say so than publish a period we do not enforce.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Contact To be confirmed — contact us for details.. If you are someone our customer called and you want your data removed, tell us and we will pass the request on and support it — the customer decides their own records, but we will not obstruct the request.

Recording notice

Calls made through Bolbandhu may be recorded by the business operating the agent. Whether and how callers are told is that business’s responsibility; our terms require them to comply with the law that applies to them.
