How it works

• You buy credits in advance, by card, UPI or netbanking.
• Credits are spent per minute of connected call time. A call nobody answered costs nothing.
• Every call shows its own cost on its record, so the bill is checkable line by line.
• At zero balance, calling stops. A call already in progress is never cut off.

Credit packs

1 credit = ₹1.00 — the same rate the billing page charges.

• 500 credits — ₹500.00
• 1,000 credits — ₹1,000.00
• 2,500 credits — ₹2,500.00
• 5,000 credits — ₹5,000.00

What a minute costs

We have not set a standard per-minute rate yet. Early customers are billed at our own cost for the call — carrier and provider charges, with no margin added — and we will tell you what that works out to for your traffic before you commit. Taxes

Prices are in Indian rupees. Any applicable taxes are shown before you pay.

What is not charged for

• Unanswered calls.
• Your workspace, agents, contacts or call history.
• Adding colleagues to your workspace.
