What we build
Bolbandhu is a voice-AI telephony platform for Indian businesses. It answers inbound calls and places outbound ones, holds a real conversation in the caller’s own language, and writes what happened into the systems a business already uses.
What it runs on
Hindi / Hinglish (India), English (India), Punjabi (Gurmukhi, India) — end to end, meaning speech recognition, the reply and the voice all work in each. Underneath, the platform can route a call across 5 speech recognisers, 19 language models and 4 voice engines, chosen per agent, so a single provider having a bad day does not take a business’s phone line down with it.
Where the calls go
Both legs of a call stay in India, and so does the call record. Recordings and transcripts belong to the workspace that made the call and are never shared between workspaces.
How we talk about what it can do
We list three languages because three work. We do not quote latency figures, because we do not yet measure them on real calls and a number nobody measured is just a number. When we have recordings of real calls worth showing, they will go on the site — and not before.
